These conditions apply between Karlskrona Municipality and the person who himself or through another person books/pays for a boat berth from Karlskrona Municipality.
The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is listed as "Karlskrona Municipality" or "We". The booking/payment applies to the rental of a pitch by Karlskrona municipality. Customers/guests in Karlskrona Municipality are obliged to follow Karlskrona Municipality's "Regulations for Karlskrona Municipality Parking Spaces", this document is available in its entirety at karlskrona.se
Karlskrona municipality staff have the right to reject customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations from the area.
To book a berth/pay for a berth on the "boka.karlskrona.se" website, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or BankId and Swish is required.
The price includes the rental of the space
On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made directly, also when booking.
All fees are in SEK and include VAT.
Cancellation must be made by calling 0155-24 86 00 (Weekdays 07.00-16.00) or sending an e-mail Stadsmarinan@karlskrona.seAlways state your name, booking number and booked arrival date. The reservation fee is not refunded in case of cancellation. Cancellation < 24h before the booking starts is not refunded.
Karlskrona Municipality is not responsible for things left behind.
Karlskrona Municipality is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.
Between 23:00 and 06:00, the customer/guests must observe the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests.
Grilling takes place at the designated location. Consider the risk of fire, review your extinguishing equipment.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Environmental waste must be placed in an environmental station. Rubbish must be placed in designated bins. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.
Payment of the fee must be made through our website, this also applies to bookings.
The drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by third parties.

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Karlskrona Municipality. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
The conditions in this document are not met.
The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area.
The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the area.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events which are to be regarded as force majeure, Karlskrona Municipality can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Karlskrona Municipality is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
